He was predeceased by: his brother-in-law Rollyn Gustafson; his sister Lorinda Joy Grefsrud; his brother-in-law Larry Maxwell; and his parents, Earl Grefsrud and Priscilla Sorknes Grefsrud.
He is survived by: his significant other Sue Fisher; his sister Pauline Gustafson (Terry Frovik); his niece Amanda Schepler (Rich); his nephew Erik Gustafson; his stepniece Sara Massmann (Johann); his great-stepnephew Dan Newman (Carol); Saint. He is also survived by Aunts, Uncles and Cousins.
