He was predeceased by: his father John Otten. He is survived by: his wife Julie; his children, Michael, Jessica Roberts (Ben) and Tyler; his grandsons, Paxton, Garrett, Levi, Henry and Jackson; his mother Suzanne Pietruszewski; and his brother Jeremy (Jessica).
