He was predeceased by: his parents, John Plaschko and Dolores Plaschko. He is survived by: his wife Jacquie (Buche); his children, Jennessa (Tony) and John (Kalley); his grandson Jameson; and his sister Wendy Waldhauser (Gregg). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, students, friends.
