He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard and Selina; and his brother Cliff. He is survived by: his wife Betty; his children, Wendy DeJong and Michael (Weronika); and his grandchildren, Keith (Stephanie), Jasmyne, Elizabeth, Jacob and Mieszko. He is also survived by three great-grandchildren; and other loving family and friends.
