He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Burbank and Margaret Burbank (Norling); and his sister-in-law Linda Burbank. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Koester; his son John (Susan); his grandchildren, Madeline, Iris and Jade; his son Tom (Kris); his grandchildren, Michael (Kendra), Hunter and Brady (Jayne); his brother Dave Burbank; and his sister-in-law Darlene Winberg.
Visitation will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the All Saints Lutheran Church (8100 Belden Blvd, Cottage Grove, MN 55016). A celebration of life will be held on Thursday, October 29th 2026 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
