We announce the death of Tom Johnson of Cottage Grove, Minnesota, who passed away on August 9, 2026, at the age of 93. He was predeceased by: his parents, Mark Johnson and Ruth Worden; his wife Mary Lou Johnson; his daughter Mary Ellen Hermann; and his daughters-in-law, Cheri Shannon and Virginia Johnson.
He is survived by: his children, Sue Whitaker (Bill), Debbie Johnson (Jack), Peggy Lahr (Terry), Terry Gieser (Brian), Tom Johnson (Laura), Dan Johnson, Tim Shannon and Bob Shannon (Karen). He is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 25 great-grandchildren.
