He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl DeBelly and Agnes Turner DeBelly; and his siblings, George and Grace. He is survived by: his wife Lois Pierce DeBelly; his children, Roger DeBelly (Sharon) of Sylvania, OH, Leanne Clouse (Doug) of Cottage Grove, MN and Jon DeBelly (Melonie) of Brooklyn Park, MN.; and his grandchildren, Brynne, Rob, Jessica, Julia, Timm, Lauren, William, Jonathan and Connor.
