He was predeceased by: his parents, Harold Hage and Blanche Hage (Randall); his wife Barbara Smith; his siblings, Bruce Hage, Roger Hage and Peggy Mitshulis; and his brother-in-law William Fisher.
He is survived by: his children, Misty Miller (Donald), Mindy Adkins (Loy), Shelby Hage and Delaney Saver (Kyle); his grandchildren, Trevor, Thomas Miller, Rowdy, Gunnar Adkins, Natalie, Bristol Forneris, Leland, Walker, Lauren Saver, Tyler Miller (Kayla) and Chase Miller (Madeline); his siblings, Herbert Hage (Kathy), Phoebe Maki (Bob), Kathy Fisher and Barry Hage (Marcia); and his sisters-in-law, Carolyn Hage and Susan Hage. He is also survived by 6 Great Grandchildren, many nieces and nephews.
