He was predeceased by: his parents, Virgil Hoff and Delpha Hoff (Miller); his sons, Mark and Michael; his stepdaughter Katie Crockett; his stepgrandson Nehemiah Larimer; and his great grandchildren, Oliver Livermore and Oakley Barron.
He is survived by: his wife Susan Fischer Crockett of Cottonwood; his daughters, Deon Tangen and Sheri Erickson (Steve); his stepchildren, Emily Larimer (Kayne), Mary Crockett, Matthew Crockett and Stephen Crockett (April); his siblings, Janice Kay Hardison (Kenneth), Robert Hoff (Cheri) and Twila Brown (Ken); and his former wives, Zella Hoff and Joan Miller. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren, 10 step grandchildren, 15 great-grandchildren, one step great-grandchild.
After the sale of his business, he started the D.A. Hoff Charitable Foundation.
