He was predeceased by: his wife Karen Kohn; his parents, Marvin Kohn and Florence Kohn (Lindemann); his parents-in-law, Benedict and Helen Byer; his sister Kathy Solberg; and his brother-in-law Norbert Byer.

He is survived by: his children, Pam Fullerton (Randy) of New Ulm, Diette Bushard (Jim Fullerton) of New Ulm, Mark Kohn (Michele) of Courtland and Derek Kohn of Eagle Lake; his grandchildren, Ryan, Kala (Tim Waibel), Jared Fullerton, Ashley Olson (Dylan) and Samantha Kohn (Spencer Raatz); his great grandchildren, Alisandra and Lucille Waibel; his brother Tim Kohn (Lori) of Courtland; and his siblings-in-law, Linda Tauer (Mike) and Gene Byer (Brenda). He is also survived by many nieces, nephews.

Memorials are preferred to the Alzheimer's Association, Brown County Humane Society, or donor's choice.
