He is survived by: his son William Ladd (Katherine); his wife Mary Ann Thompson of Sterling; his children, Jeff (Staci), Tim (Crystal) and Leah Ellefson (Dave); his grandchildren, Alissa Brandvold (Trevor), Jake Knotek (Jenna), Lexi Olschlager (Ty), Jaxon Knotek, Tyler Ellefson (Tessa), Samuel Ellefson (Kaylee), Brittney Ellefson, Derek Knotek and Dylan Knotek; and his great grandchildren, Izraya Brandvold, Abel Brandvold, Siloam Brandvold, Sequoia Brandvold, Aviella Olschlager, Owen Olschlager, Rowe Olschlager, Cal Ellefson, Adalaigh Knotek and Nevaeh Knotek.
