He was predeceased by: his parents, Woodrow Carlson and Stella Carlson; his sisters, Donna Middleton and Shirley Carlson; his brother-in-law John Abeld; his nephew Marc Middleton; and his niece Tracy Amiot.
He is survived by: his siblings, Dennis Carlson and Carol Abeld. He is also survived by many nieces, nephew, great nieces and nephew, and 1 great great nephew.
