He was predeceased by : his parents, Donald Walsh and Berget Walsh; his brother Ramon Walsh; and his sister-in-law Fern Leintz. He is survived by : his wife Gloria Walsh of Harvey, ND; his children, Chris Ann, Todd Brekhus of Prior Lake, MN, Steve and Kim Walsh of Kildeer, IL; his grandchildren, Ian (Dakotah Brekhus), Emma (Kaleb Smith), Lars Brekhus, Ava Brekhus, McKenna Walsh, Karlee Walsh and Brody Walsh; his brother Duane Walsh (Virginia) of Milwaukee, WI; and his siblings-in-law, Carol Walsh of Parma, ID, Dick Leintz of Harvey, ND, Wanda and Gary Bunce of Winona, MN. He is also survived by nieces and nephews, neighbors, colleagues, students, and friends.

In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made to a charity of your choice.
