He was predeceased by: his parents, Emil Tahran and Nettie Tahran (Siegle); his sister Deanna Mutzenberger; and his parents-in-law, Lloyd and Mary Lou Seckerson.
He is survived by: his wife Arlene A. Seckerson; his son Brett; his daughter-in-law Theresa Tahran (Myerchin); his brother Dennis Tahran (Kathy); his brother-in-law Reuben Mutzenberger; and his grandchildren, Hannah Moreno (Marco Moreno), Zachary Tahran and Makayla Tahran. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Visitation was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Stenshoel-Houske Funeral Home (615 S Minnesota St, Crookston, MN 56716). A funeral service was held on Monday, July 14th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the same location.
