She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Hansen and Inga Melhus Hansen; her husband Richard Allen Newquist; her son Randy Newquist; and her siblings, Glen Hansen, Arlyce Anderson and Richard Hansen.
She is survived by: her children, Anthony Newquist (Polly), James Newquist (Marti), Daniel Newquist (Lori), David Newquist (Kathy), Kathy Mix (Tom) and Lisa Boe (Kurtis); and her brother David Hansen. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 16 great-grandchildren.
