She was predeceased by: her parents, Joe Amb and Olina Amb. She is survived by: her husband David Hoff; her children, Duane Hoff and Denise Deering (Hoff); her grandchildren, Taylor Hoff, Chelsea Golper (Hoff), McCormick Deering and Brock Deering; and her great grandchildren, Dagny and Graham Golper.
A funeral service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Zion Lutheran Church of Amor (36051 Co Hwy 74, Battle Lake, MN 56515). A memorial service will be held on Saturday, September 19th 2026 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that memorials be directed to the David and Irene Hoff Scholarship Fund at the University of Minnesota, Crookston.
