He was predeceased by: his parents, Edmund Karboviak and Lillian Karboviak; his siblings, Lynette Karboviak and Jerry Karboviak; his brother-in-law John Pietrusinski; and his nephew Adam Altepeter.
He is survived by: his sisters, Cindy Altepeter (Bruce) and Karen Pietrusinski. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, great-nieces and nephews and numerous cousins.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Cathedral of the Immaculate Conception (702 Summit Ave N, Crookston, MN 56716). A prayer will be held on Wednesday, October 22nd 2025 at 7:00 PM at the same location. A memorial service will be held on Thursday, October 23rd 2025 at 2:00 PM at the same location.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Cathedral School or the Red Lake Mission Pastoral Ministries.
