He is survived by: his wife Cindy Sipper (Chadwick); his daughters, Debbra Carroll (Dan) and Susan Rossman (Jim); his grandsons, Stephen Carroll (Emily), Samuel Carroll (Allison), James Rossman and Charles Rossman; his great grandchild Hannah Carroll; and his siblings, Jean, Ray, Sandra, Jimmy and Kay. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
