He was predeceased by : his parents, John Perpich and Betty Perpich (Johnson); and his sister Kathleen Middleton. He is survived by : his wife Connie DeCent; his children, Steven Perpich (Erica) of Ironton, Nickolas Perpich of Deerwood and Stephanie Perpich (Dustin Cummings) of Crosby; and his siblings, Thomas Perpich (Cindy) of Deerwood, Charles Perpich (Brenda) of Virginia, Julie Perpich of Little Falls and Sandra Davis (Denny) of Crosby. He is also survived by seven grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
