She was predeceased by: her parents, Peter Minten and Gertrude Minten (VanErp); her husband John Weis; her children, Timothy and Laura; and her siblings, Martin, Joe Minten and Irene Moenkedick.
She is survived by: her children, Wayne Weis (Bev) of Fairbanks, AK, Randy Weis (Linda) of Bloomfield, KY, Mike Weis (Sherry) of Chanhassen, MN, Patrick Weis (JeanneMarie) of Cornelius, OR, Kevin Weis (Robin) of Mahtomedi, MN, Theresa McBrady (Patrick) of Park Rapids, MN, Marilyn Dymit (David) of Quakertown, PA, Cathy Robinson (Tom) of Hastings, MN, Amy Reiser of Grand Rapids, MN, Karen Weis of Maple Grove, MN, Sharon Anderson (Thomas) of Centerville, MN and Julie Traylor (Mike) of Wyoming, MN; and her sister Lucille Altringer of Waverly, MN. She is also survived by twenty-nine grandchildren and eleven great grandchildren.
