He was predeceased by: his parents, Louis Putz and Eugenia Putz; his sons, Donald and Craig; and his siblings, Gene, Ray, Dwayne and Linda Cartwright.
He is survived by: his wife Dolores; his children, Mike, Kim Wicklund (Albert) and Shannon Rolf (Jodie); and his grandchildren, Michael Putz, Jessica Swinger (Jesse), Jennifer Helmbrecht, William Putz, John Putz, Jesse Putz (Amanda), Paul Wicklund (Ciara), Elizabeth Gilbertson (Paul), Heather Hofstedt (Jason Brown) and Chad Rolf (Katie). He is also survived by many great-grandchildren and many nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
