She was predeceased by: her husband Joseph L. Hayek, Jr.; her son Mark Hayek; her son-in-law Jeff Muetzel; her great grandchild Olivia Hayek; her parents, Victor Miller and Armella Miller; her siblings, Shirley Vorlicek, Dorothy Lewandowski and Robert Miller; and her nieces, Brenda Merriman and Janelle Wertish.
She is survived by: her children, Thomas Hayek (Laurie), Keith Hayek (Anita), David Hayek and Jeanette Muetzel; her daughter-in-law Ruth Hayek; her sister Marie Pulkrabek; her grandchildren, Ronald Hayek (Melissa), Becky Kendall (Matt), Michael Hayek (Maddie), Beth Hornung (Matt), Jason Hayek, Jenny Shepelev (Igor), Andrew Hayek, Joseph Hayek and Myles Muetzel; her great grandchildren, BoDean, Rayne, Mila, Gabriela and Nicolai; her sister-in-law Mary Miller; and her extended family Donald Hayek of New Jersey. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
