He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Linda Lewis, Richard and Nina Serbus; his great-grandparents, John, Martha Maki, Joseph, Lillian Serbus, Frank and Mable Lang; his uncle Todd Serbus; and his niece Seraphina Serbus.
He is survived by: his parents, Galen Serbus and Shanna Maki (Jason); his siblings, Cody Maki, Sheyenne Maki, Nathan Serbus, Jesse Maki, Mackenzie Serbus, Zowie Serbus and Brooklyn Smith; and his nephews, Elijah, Jaylen, Lincoln, Prince and Kaiser. He is also survived by many aunts, uncles and other friends and family.
