She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Brede and Ida Brede (Ruckert); her husband Bud Schumann; and her siblings, Viola Rasmussen (Harlan), Arnold Brede (Helen), Marvin Brede, Orville Brede (Elaine), Laverne Brede (Ella) and Earl Brede (Verle).

She is survived by: her son Dale Schumann (Judy) of Hutchinson, MN; her grandsons, Mark Schumann (Stacey, family: Sam, Maya Schumann) and David Schumann (Melissa, family: Ada, Ezra Schumann); her son Glenn Schumann (Julie) of Dassel, MN; her granddaughter Aimee Brown (Terry, family: Madison Brown, Colin Brown, Meghan Brown); her great grandchildren, Tyler, Aidan and Jaxson Brown; her granddaughter Anna Aamot (Tim, family: Julia Aamot, Luke Aamot, Leah Aamot, Elijah Aamot, Gabriel Aamot, Eden Aamot, Rachel Aamot, Ellah Aamot, Keziah Aamot, Maria Asplin, Michael Asplin); her great grandchild Warren; her grandchildren, Peter Asplin, Collin Asplin, Erik Asplin, Ryan Asplin and Sarah Nyquist (Dan, family: Owen Nyquist, Titus Nyquist, Micah Nyquist, Adayah Nyquist, Judah Nyquist, Hannah Nyquist); and her daughter Leann Olson (Rod) of Dassel, MN.
