He is survived by: his children, Daryl Johnson of Fort Dodge, Iowa, Dwayne Johnson of Cokato, Douglas Johnson of Cokato, Brenda Schmidt (Rick) of South Haven, Ronald Johnson of Litchfield, Diane Schmidt of Delano, Cheryl Huls (Rusten) of Hutchinson and Denise Schindele (Dustin) of Buffalo; his sisters, Yvonne Wiebel (Mavis) of Texas, Cheyenne Siedschlag of South Dakota and Lucinda Layton (Cindy) of South Dakota; and his siblings-in-law, Jerry Rohde of Litchfield, Dennis Berglund of Dassel, Shirley Nelson of Watkins, Audrey Grant (Paul) of Rapid City, SD., Helen Rohde and Carol Berglund.

“God Bless you Roger and RIP. You will be greatly missed. My Dad, Richard (Dick) Eugene Johnson, really enjoyed growing up with you. He told lots of stories about those days! He really enjoyed getting to see you and your family at the reunions in later years. He especially enjoyed the special gift you brought to him one year at the Reunion. Condolences, thoughts and prayers to the family of Roger Johnson. I know he is enjoying seeing the rest of his family in heaven!”
