He is survived by : his children, Kevin Ilaug (Wendy) of Montevideo, MN and Denise Scheer (James) of Robins, IA; his grandchildren, Kelsey Ryder (Scheer), Cory, Kaylee Scheer, Karin, Danielle, Kevin Jr. and Neil Ilaug; his great grandchildren, Kailur Ilaug Wadell and Julia Ryder; and his brothers, Bernholdt Ilaug (Bernie) of Dawson, MN and Lawrence Ilaug (Lars) of Watertown, SD. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
