He is survived by: his children, Amy Botzet (Heath) and Matthew Heath (Christi) of Clements, MN; his wife Marlys Storlien; his grandchildren, Justin Botzet (Susan) of California, Angie Botzet (Stone Bellamy), Brandon Heath (Madison Matlock) of Foley, MN and Sara McDaniel (Justin); his stepgrandsons, Michael Gratz of Alabama and Gavin Gratz; his brother Michael Heath of Arizona; and his siblings-in-law, Mary Ellen Storlien, Doris Storlien, Wayne Storlien and LeRoy Dean Storlien. He is also survived by 6 nephews and 2 nieces and their families and 1 step sister.
