She was predeceased by: her husband Duane Nevins; her siblings, Donna Springan (Rolf) and Lyle Hendrickson (Barbara); and her brother-in-law Frank Stevens. She is survived by: her daughter Susan Oster (Scott) of Lakeville, MN; her grandsons, Jonathan Oster and Alex Oster; her son Douglas Nevins (Alice) of Avon, MN; her grandchildren, Eric Nevins (Breanna Mettinen) and Brianna Kurtz (Eric); her son John Nevins (Diane) of Dawson, MN; her granddaughters, Jennifer Haugen (Brian), Kristin Kvaal (Dan) and Stephanie Nevins; her sister Phyllis Stevens; and her sister-in-law Ruth Klein (Carl). She is also survived by 14 great grandchildren, several nieces, nephews, extended family.

In lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to Grace Lutheran Church.
