He was predeceased by: his father Leo Shamory; his wife Roberta Reismiller; his mother Hazel Shamory; his in-laws, Paul Reismiller and Barbara Line; and his siblings, Dorothy Edwards (James), Jim Shamory (Phyllis), Roy Shamory (Shirley) and Edna Barreth (Henry).
He is survived by: his daughter Dawn Turner (Ken); and his grandchildren, Carys (Collin Madden) and Karli Turner. He is also survived by many nieces, and nephews.
