He is survived by : his wife Marty; his daughters, Jill Van Lith, Holly Van Lith and Amber Peratalo (Darin); his grandchildren, Justin (Lindsey), Jordan (Madison), Dillon, Rachael and Christopher; his great grandchildren, Julian and Ellie; and his siblings, Don and Dolores.
