He was loved and cherished by many people including: his mother Lucille Kingbird (Stately); his wife Dianna Kingbird; his daughter Carrie Ann Kingbird; his father Leo Kingbird Sr.; his siblings, Constance Beaulieu, Ruth Morrison, Barbara Kingbird, Leo Kingbird II and Valerian Kingbird; his grandsons, Zhacharya Kingbird Jr. and Arthur Kingbird; his children, Wayne Kingbird Jr. (Milli) of Mille Lacs, Lisa Kingbird (Aaron), Lake, Anajanette Saros (Thomas) of Deer River, Angela Kingbird of Deer River and Gina Timbal of Grand Rapids; his siblings, Gordan Kingbird (Annabell) of Bemidji, Ronald Kingbird (Sharon) of Bemidji and Valerie Weaver (Robert) of Washington; and his siblings-in-law, Irene Denasha, Warren Goggleye (Debbie) and Harold Goggleye (Marilyn). He was also cherished by twenty-four grandchildren; sixty four great grandchildren; and many nieces and nephews.
