He was predeceased by : his parents, Emil "Ted" Stangler and Mary Stangler (Rafinski); his siblings, David, Betty and Frank; his children, David and Barb; his son-in-law Ray; and his granddaughter Haley.
He is survived by : his wife Irma Sue (Ryan); his children, Jeffrey King (Kathy), Joseph Stangler (Sarah), Teresa Drotts (Mark), Pamela Zaffke, Susan Roggenbuck (Boyd), Mary Stangler, Nick Stangler (Lisa), Lisa Swan (Phil) and Kathryn Frits (Tim); and his siblings, Marge Lenius (Garry), Fred Stangler (Carol), Dorothy Harrison (John), Rita Fideldy (Richard), Ruth Grant, Alice Budimer (Dan), Cathy Carlson (Jerome), Jim Stangler (Marianne) and Mary Houle (Mark). He is also survived by twenty-six grandchildren; nine great grandchildren.
