He is survived by: his wife Christine; his daughter Zoe Hamm of Memphis, TN; his stepdaughters, Samantha Mudderman and Tabatha Kirkland; and his siblings, Rick Fox (Theresa) of Pequot Lakes and Terri Kaster of Plymouth.
