She was predeceased by: her parents, Celia (Phares) and Alfred'Mac'Minugh; her husband Jared Donovan'Don'Grieser; her siblings, Ralph, Douglas, George, John (Mary Jane), Alfred'Hoot' (Molly), Helen (Wally Dvorshak), Donna'Bum' (Norman Sitton), Florence'Blu' (Marshall Wells) and Carol'Duck'Minugh; her parents-in-law, Catherine and Christian Grieser; her in-laws, Joanne, Glenn Stehman, Joel, Joyce Grieser and Fred Knott; and her grandchildren, Serenity, Steven and Trinity.
She is survived by: her son Mark'Sky'Nelson; and her sister-in-law Sue Knott. She is also survived by nieces, nephews.
Cecelia personified sass, strength, service, and faith; those traits not extinguished by the effects of dementia and Alzheimer's disease in the last years of her life.
