He is survived by: his cousins, Kate and Shannon; his wife Tracy; his siblings, Earl, Kimberly, Mildred, Billy, Bobby and Joseph; his children, Keith, Amanda and Alizabeth; and his stepchildren, Randi and Witney. He is also survived by his 13 grandchildren.
