She was predeceased by: her parents, Veronica Nylander (Dahlberg) and Lester Nylander; her sisters, LaVonne Langord and Lynette Mulcahy; and her brother-in-law Bob Porter.
She is survived by: her siblings, LuAnn Porter and Russell; her siblings-in-law, Laura Nylander, Keith Mulcahy and Rich Langord; her aunt Bonnie Simonson; and her siblings' children, Robert Porter (Deanna), Brian Porter (Sarah), Mark Porter (Amy), Sara Backman (Kody), Katie Nylander, Kyle Nylander (Ashley), Stacey Anderson (Matt), Mandey Mulcahy (Jason Hunter) and Christina Wuollet (Gary DuPreez).
Visitation will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the Holy Rosary Catholic Church (1043 Lake Ave, Detroit Lakes, MN 56501). A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, October 18th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
