As we bid adieu to Mavis' earthly form, let us not dwell on the void left in her wake, but rather celebrate the legacy of love and inspiration Mavis has bequeathed us. For though she may have departed from our sight, her spirit remains a timeless beacon, guiding loved ones through the labyrinth of life's journey.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Leonard Kerling and Edla Kerling; and her husband Albert Lage. She is survived by: her children, Duane Lage (Joan) of West Fargo, Kathy Hamre (Mark) of Hawley, Minnesota, LuAnn Gedde and Bev Buschette (Mark) of Detroit Lakes, Minnesota.. She is also survived by her four children and their spouses, many grandchildren, great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
She was a proud member of the Homemakers Club and could often be found selling daffodils for the American Cancer Society.
