She is survived by: her parents, Brian (Mary Gould) and Larry; her grandparents, Randal, Carol Givens, Richard Gould and Ruth Gould; and her aunts and uncles, Anna Givens, Heather Gould, Brent (Stephanie Gould) and Matt (Kim Wagner). She is also survived by many cousins, extended family.
Aletheia's parents ask that, in lieu of flowers, friends donate a Squishmallow to their local children's hospital.
