With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Amy Childs of Duluth, Minnesota, born in Alborn, Minnesota, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on April 25, 2025. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
As we bid Amy farewell, let us not mourn the absence of her physical form, but rather celebrate the essence of her spirit that lingers in the spaces between moments. For Amy is not truly gone, but merely transformed, her energy intertwined with the fabric of the universe itself, forever dancing among the stars.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Mildred "Millie" Schneider and Nick Schneider; and her nephew Justin Schneider. She is survived by: her son Joe Childs; and her siblings, Linda Mascotti (Tom), Charolette Francoeur (John) and John Schneider (Gayle). She is also survived by many other family members and friends.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, June 21st 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Nelson Funeral Care (1004 Cloquet Ave, Cloquet, MN 55720).
