She was predeceased by: her parents, Alfred Slotness and Kaspara Slotness; and her siblings, Sally, Robert and Alfred.
She is survived by: her husband Cliff Kolquist; her children, Lee (Anne), Jay (Nancy), Reed (Julie) and Brad (Nina); her grandchildren, Brittany Kolquist, Luke Kolquist (Grace), Riley Kolquist (Breena), Alex Kolquist (Grace Kennedy), Madeline Grigus (Robert), Molly Kucza (Cory), Tyler Kolquist (Sally), Elle Seitz (Billy), Austin Kolquist, Camille Kolquist and Dylan Kolquist; her great grandchildren, Valerie, Theodore, Cooper, Letty, Audrey and Eleanor; her sisters-in-law, Pat Kolquist and Barb Kolquist; and her niece Gayle Wallin.
