She is survived by: her siblings, John Polyner (Sharyl) and Kathy Champa (Bob); her nieces, Kim Doyle (Mike) of Naperville, Kara Polyner and Kristin Mattila (Kurt); her nephew Bobby Champa (Aurora) of Ely; and her great-nieces and great-nephews, Addison, Jordan Doyle, Lillian, Sadie Richichi, Nicholas, Eric, Tyler Mattila, Tanner and Taya Champa.
