She was predeceased by: her parents, Mavis Stortz and George Stortz. She is survived by: her sons, Stephen Nickolett and Darron Nickolett; and her sisters, Georgia Sjoberg (Robert), Debra Decker (Randall), Rosemary Adolphson (Les), Anne Williams (Jim) and Lori Haugen (Rod). She is also survived by many extended family members and dear friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made to the Parkinson's Foundation in Cheryl's memory, to support ongoing research and help others affected by this disease.
