He was predeceased by: his parents, Dr. Raymond Shirley and Charlotte Shirley. He is survived by: his daughter Lisa LeFaive; his grandchildren, Gemma and Jonah; his siblings, Mike Shirley (Abby), Jean Serre (Mark), Ann Shirley (John Stattelman), Patty Wenzel (Bernie), John Shirley (Shelly), Mary Shirley, Kyle and Typhany Bergstrom; and his pet Lucky. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews, friends.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, June 17th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM and on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A Mass will be held on Wednesday, June 18th 2025 from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary (2801 E 4th St, Duluth, MN 55812).
