He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert R. "Russell" Boe and Norma Janke Boe; and his brother Gary Allen Boe. He is survived by: his children, Michael Boe (Nadine) of Germany, Lars Boe (Sylvia) of Fayetteville, Anders Boe and Adara Boe of Duluth; his siblings, Ronald Boe (Susan) of Phoenix and Julene Boe (Dale Lucas) of Duluth; and his former wife Conny Hemmer of Germany.
In lieu of flowers, memorials to the family are preferred.
