He is survived by: his wife Mickey; his sons, Joe Hage (Greta Nelson) and Adam Hage (Amanda); his sisters, Danielle Johnston (Gordon), Tierney Bartell (Michael Booth) and Chelsea Bartell; his sister-in-law Rachel Bartell; his grandchildren, Joe, Jack, Jace, Holley and Theo; and his close friends, Corey Bowman, Julie and Chris Youngren. He is also survived by many loving nieces, nephews, extended family.
