He is survived by: his wife Anne Lash (Wetschka); his daughters, Karissa Lash and Carly MacKenzie (Cory); his siblings, Donald (Cindy), Rose and Roxanne Cason (Joel); his mother-in-law MaryAnne Wetschka; and his nibling Russ Underhill. He is also survived by two grandchildren; two great-grandchildren.
