She was predeceased by: her husband Dale Mellinger. She is survived by: her children, Michael (Kim), Mary Slattery (Larry) and Rick (Paige); and her sister Marie. She is also survived by several grandchildren and great-grandchildren.
Crocheting afghans kept her hands busy and she donated 100's to local animal shelters and care facilities.
