He was predeceased by: his wife Maxine; his son Gregg; and his granddaughter Lindsay Miketin. He is survived by: his parents, Carl Sjelin and Alma Sjelin; his children, Beth (Tim) of Winter Park, Mark Sjelin (Gail) of Duluth, MN, Carol Brigan of Duluth, MN and Jill Miketin (Anton) of Esko, MN.; and his siblings-in-law, Dean Mastin, Alta Sjelin, Linda Hoadley and Sally Strefling. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren, 22 great grandchildren, 1 great-great grandchild.
