He was predeceased by: his parents, August Marpe and Lillian Marpe; and his sister Carole Nelson (Harry). He is survived by: his wife Ellen Hambleton; his children, Kathleen Larson of Fridley, MN, Karen Zutler of Fridley, MN, Ramona Hutton (Ron) of Rockledge, FL, Joel Marpe (Diane) of Bentonville, AR and Timothy Marpe (Beth) of Eden Prairie, MN; and his brother Wayne Marpe (Faye) of Meridian, ID. He is also survived by eight grandchildren and ten great-grandchildren.
