It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Donald W Dougherty of Duluth, Minnesota, who passed away on October 9, 2021, at the age of 85, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Carol Dougherty (Kit); his children, Geri Hamilton, Pam Syring, Laurie Pappas, Tani Dwyer, Darin Dougherty and Dean Dougherty (Dino); and his brothers, Steve Dougherty of Proctor, MN and Bruce Dougherty of Ft Wayne.
